Service Description

Cassandra Gillens is a recognized professional artist; and the Purchaser admires the work of the Artist and wishes to commission the Artist to create a work of art (“the Work”) in the Artist’s own unique style; and the parties wish to have the creation of this work of art governed by the mutual obligations, covenants, and conditions. Areas of interest to be addressed: Preliminary Design Progress Payments Date of Delivery Insurance, Shipping, and Installation Termination Ownership Copyright Privacy Non-destruction, Alteration, and Maintenance.
