Contract to Create a Limited Edition Cassandra Gillens is a professional artist who creates art, including limited editions, for sale and exhibition; and the Publisher is the business of publishing, promoting, distributing, and marketing limited editions and Cassandra Gillens and Publisher wish to work together with respect to the Artist's creation of limited edition which shall be published by the Publisher pursuant to the terms and conditions of the established agreement. Areas of interest to be addressed: Creation and Title Description of the Edition and Artist's Certification Copyright and Reproduction Artistic Control Cost of Creating the Edition Advances to the Artist Territory, Term, and Termination Pricing and Commissions Payment to the Artist and Accountings Publisher's Proofs Title to Prints Loss or Damage and Insurance Promotion Non-assignability Heirs and Assigns Integration Waivers Governing Law
